Saturn
frequently asked

Questions, answered straight.

What Saturn is, how it ships, what it costs, what we do with your data.

Product

What is Saturn?

Saturn ships web products. You describe the thing; Saturn writes the spec with you, ships the code, and runs the operations layer after deploy — customers, errors, payments, email, env. One surface, no surprise bills.

Who is Saturn for?

Makers and entrepreneurs who want to ship without the seventeen-tab decision tree. If your bottleneck is the blank page, the structure, or the half-formed plan, Saturn is for you.

What can Saturn build?

Web products. Apps, landing pages, lightweight SaaS, paid newsletters with a Stripe surface, content series. Anything you'd ship in a weekend if you had the runway.

What does Saturn deliver?

A real, deployed result on a real URL. Not a wireframe, not a pitch deck. Saturn writes the code, runs the tests, and lands a working artifact you can hand to the world.

Can I export my project?

Yes. Settings → Data exports a single JSON of your profile, workspaces, projects, plan answers, build steps, and audit events. Encrypted secrets are intentionally omitted. If you need a different format, write support@saturnos.app.

Pricing

Is there a free tier?

Yes. 250K AI tokens per month, capped at 25K per day. No card required. Enough to ship one project before you decide.

What happens when I hit my cap?

Builds pause until next period or until you opt in to a Credit Pack. Existing ships keep serving traffic. Saturn never auto-bills overage — the decision is always yours.

What's a Credit Pack?

A one-time top-up. $15 adds 2M tokens to your workspace. Never expires while you're subscribed. No auto-renew. Stack as many as you need.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual is two months free on every paid tier. Switch from Settings → Billing.

Data and privacy

Do you train on my prompts?

No. Saturn calls Anthropic's API; per their commercial policy, prompts and outputs are not used for model training. We also don't sell your data, rent it, or share it with marketing partners.

Where does my data live?

Postgres on Supabase, US-East region. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Row-level security pins reads and writes to your account. Full subprocessor list at /subprocessors.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete. Your data enters a 30-day soft-delete window, after which it's permanently removed from our database and rolls off backups within the next cycle. Billing records required by law are kept for the legal retention period and then deleted.

Are you SOC 2 certified?

We're working toward SOC 2 Type 1, target completion late 2026. We treat the SOC 2 control list as a working checklist today even though we're not certified yet — the policies on /security are written to that bar.

Technical

What model does Saturn use?

Anthropic Opus 4.7 across all tiers, with fair-use Sonnet failover at 80% of monthly cap. The full model config is on the changelog when it changes.

Can I use Saturn on a custom domain?

Yes. Pro and Team tiers support custom domains via Vercel Domains. Manage → Settings → Domain.

Does Saturn have an API?

Not yet. The current surface is the Make + Manage UI plus the public Discover feed. A programmatic API is on the roadmap.

What about integrations?

Saturn ships with Stripe billing, Resend email, Clerk auth, and Supabase storage built in. Third-party integrations beyond that are case-by-case — write support@saturnos.app with your use case.

Support

How do I get help?

Email support@saturnos.app. Email support, 24h response on weekdays. We read every message and reply ourselves — no AI auto-replies.

Is there a community?

Yes — the Saturn Discord. Open invite at /community. The mother server is named Saturn (the product is SaturnOS, the community is Saturn).

Where do I report a bug or vulnerability?

Bugs go to support@saturnos.app. Security issues go to security@saturnos.app and route to an on-call engineer. Responsible disclosure terms at /security.
